  • Tickets: The place where you can see and handle tenant’s inquiries.
  • Messages: Get in touch with a resident easily. Send messages and get replies. 
  • Knowledge base: Let your residents find answers to their questions. 

 

Community 

Offer your customers more than just tenancy and improve their overall resident experience.

  • Community channels: your residents' own shared digital space – a secure and local chat environment for groups, events and messages. Enable connections between residents, engage them in the community and make proactive improvements thanks to transparent communication.
