I menuen til venstre kan du finde alle funktionerne i Admin hub. ### Kommunikation Administrer al kommunikation med dine beboere fra én central løsning. - **Broadcast**: Send broadcasts til alle jeres beboere på én gang, eller bare et par. Vælg hvilken kanal, om det skal være på app eller mail. - **Tickets**: Stedet, hvor du kan se og håndtere lejers henvendelser. - **Messages**: Kom nemt i kontakt med en beboer. Send beskeder og få svar. - **Knowledge base**: Lad dine beboere finde svar på deres spørgsmål. ### Community Tilbyd dine kunder mere end blot lejemål og forbedre deres samlede beboeroplevelse. - **Community channels**: Dine beboeres eget digitale fælles rum – et sikkert og lokalt chatmiljø til grupper, begivenheder og beskeder. Aktiver lejer-til-lejer-forbindelser, engager beboerne og lav proaktive forbedringer takket være gennemsigtig kommunikation. - **Events**: Lav begivenheder, som dine beboere kan engagere sig i. Du bestemmer tid og sted. ### Administration Administrer alt fra ét sted! - **Dokumenter**: Vil du dele dokumenter med en lejer eller hele dit projekt? Du kan gøre begge dele under dokumenter. - **Waitlist**: Den perfekte måde at skabe nye leads og byde nye beboere velkommen. - **Shared facilities**: Har I nogle fede fællesrum, så lad jeres beboere booke dem og gør god brug af dem. - **Payments**: Administrer alle betalinger fra dine beboere. - **Discover**: Har du partnerskaber eller gode tilbud til dine beboere, så lad dem vide det! **Tip!** Sørg for, at din medarbejder-bruger er indstillet til det rigtige data og modtager de rigtige notifikationer!
