How to create a Global Knowledge Base?
Go to Admin hub and find the side menu then click on Help Desk. Under help desk click on Knowledge base.
When you open the knowledge base you will automatically be taken to the global knowledge base.
- First choose the relevant Type to edit.
- Create a new category by clicking on +Add category
- there will be a blue blob with the world Global in it, when it is on the global knowledge base.
- Click on your relevant category to open the inquiries.
- Click on +Add inquiry to create a new inquiry.
- There will be a blue blob with the word Global in it when it is on the global knowledge base.
This is how you create a global knowledge base.
