How do I report an issue or create a ticket?
Report an issue / create a ticket
- Click on Assistant at the bottom of the menu bar.
- Click on Report an issue at the bottom of the screen.
- Select ticket type: Questions, Errors and deficiencies or Feedback.
- Choose category.
- Write a title for your ticket.
- Add a description of your issue/ticket.
- Attach images by clicking Attach.
- Click Submit when you have finished filling out the information. Your ticket will be forwarded directly to the relevant employee at your administration.
Manage your inquiries / tickets in your Home Assistant
- Find an overview of your tickets by clicking on Menu in the bottom right corner and then on My Tickets.
- At the top in Home Assistant, you can choose to see Active or Completed cases.
- Click on See details to see all information in the ticket.
- Click on Chat to communicate directly with the relevant employee.
- The status of your ticket/inquiry appears both in the overview of all tickets and when you press See details.
