How do I get notifications on tickets?

There are two ways to make sure you or your colleague gets notifications on a specific ticket.

  1. Add Ticket Watchers:
    • Open the ticket and add ticket watcher. Click Save. 
    • Now you can write an internal note.
    • The ticket watcher will receive a notification that there is a new ticket and there is a new internal note. 
  2. Assign the ticket to a staff member, after you have answered the ticket. This way you use Assign to indicate who needs to take action on the ticket.
    • The staff member will get a notification on e-mail that there is a new ticket which needs action.
