How do I get notifications on tickets?
There are two ways to make sure you or your colleague gets notifications on a specific ticket.
- Add Ticket Watchers:
- Open the ticket and add ticket watcher. Click Save.
- Now you can write an internal note.
- The ticket watcher will receive a notification that there is a new ticket and there is a new internal note.
- Assign the ticket to a staff member, after you have answered the ticket. This way you use Assign to indicate who needs to take action on the ticket.
- The staff member will get a notification on e-mail that there is a new ticket which needs action.
