How do I edit the Global Knowledge Base on a project?

Go to the Admin hub, find and click on Help Desk in the side menu. Then click on Knowledge base. You will be taken to the Global Knowledge Base. 

  • Select the project you want to edit the knowledge base for. 
  • Select the relevant Type. 
  • On the relevant question or inquiry click the square with a pen to edit.
    • When you save there will be done a Local overwrite, and your changes will only be saved on that specific project.
