How do I answer a ticket in Admin hub?


Find the menu on the left. Click on Help Desk and then on Tickets.

  • Click on the relevant ticket that you wish to respond to. A new window will appear with the information about the ticket.
    • Write your message in the field at the bottom of the window where it says: Write your message here.
    • Click on the blue paper airplane icon to send the message.
  • Send internal messages to the employees who are involved in the ticket.
    • Click on the icon with the yellow pen. The text field changes color and the text "Internal notes is only visible for staff users".
    • Write your message in the text field.
    • Click on the paper airplane icon to send the internal message.
