What are the optimal picture sizes?

The cover picture is sized to maintain its aspect ratio for Landscape format - differentiating app and email. If the object’s aspect ratio does not match the aspect ratio of its box, then the object will be clipped to fit. Meaning if the picture is too big it will be clipped to fit into the broadcast or event. The picture has to be no greater than 2MB. 

• Displayed cover picture in an email (same ratio for the displayed cover picture in the app): 
  
  • Width: 1360px
  • Height: 960px 

• Pictures inside the broadcast or event 
  • Pictures inside the broadcast exceeding the width of the broadcast will be resized without being clipped to fit.
