How do I reset the password?
To reset a tenant's password you need to:
- Go to Tenants and search their e-mail or name.
- Find the relevant tenant.
- Press send reset password.
Tip: When you press send reset password there will automatically be sent a mail to the tenant. When they press the link in the mail they have 60 min. to reset their password. It's good to inform the tenant about the time limit.
