How do I Re-assign a ticket to another staff member?

Find the menu bar at the bottom of the screen: 

  • Click on the Tickets icon 
  • Click on the relevant ticket 
  • At the bottom, tap Re-assign Ticket: 
    • Pick a staff member by searching or scrolling through the list. 
    • Click on Re-assign by the staff member’s name 
Confirm the action by clicking Yes
