Staff members who have the role of a corporation owner, can moderate Community Channels. Here is how to do it:
- Go to Admin Hub and click on Community on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Channels under Community.
- Choose the Community Channel that you want to moderate.
- To check which residents are members of the Community Channel:
- Go to Channel Info on the right side.
- Click on Channel Members.
- The name and address of all channel members will appear.
- To check if any residents have been reported by other channel members:
- Go to Channel Info on the right side.
- Click on Moderation.
- Check if any residents show up.
- You can also see which channel member reported the resident here.
- To ban a resident that has been reported by another channel member:
- Click on Moderation.
- Click on the three small dots next to the resident's name.
- Click on locally ban.
- When a resident has been banned, they will appear under Blocked Members in the Channel Info.
- To ban a resident that has not been reported from a Community Channel:
- Click on the three small dots next to a resident's message in the chat.
- The option to either locally ban them from the Community Channel or delete their message from the channel should appear.
- When a resident has been banned, they will appear under Blocked Members in the Channel Info.
- To unblock a resident from a Community Channel:
- Go to Blocked Members in the Channel Info.
- Click on Unblock next to the resident's name.
