Staff members who have the role of a corporation owner, can moderate Community Channels. Here is how to do it: - Go to **Admin Hub** and click on **Community** on the left side of the screen. - Click on **Channels** under Community. - Choose the **Community Channe**l that you want to moderate. - To **ban** a resident that has beenreported by another channel member: - Click on **Moderation.** - Click on the **three small dots** next to the resident's name. - Click on **locally ban.** - When a resident has been banned, they will appear under **Blocked Members** in the Channel Info.  ![Design uden navn (4)-1](https://help.hococo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Design%20uden%20navn%20(4)-1.gif?width=577&height=325&name=Design%20uden%20navn%20(4)-1.gif) - To **ban** a resident that has not been reported from a Community Channel: - Click on the **three small dots** next to a resident's message in the chat. - The option to either **locally ban** them from the Community Channel or **delete** their message from the channel should appear. -
