How do I manage my tickets?
Find the menu on the left. Click on Help Desk and then Tickets. Per default all tickets will be shown. On the top left you can Select Project to only show tickets per project.
From her you can search for relevant tickets in the search box on the right and filter your view by:
- Choosing the pre-view in the top menu: All Tickets, Open Tickets, My Tickets, Pending, In-progress, Completed or Cancelled

- Download the selected data:
- When you have filtered your data you click on the icon with the paper and arrow on the top right corner. Find your data (a CSV-file) in your downloads folder.
- Open the CSV-file in Excel or Google Sheets.
