How do I make a new unit?

Before creating a new unit, you need to have created a unit group first. You can see how to make a unit group here

When you have done that, then you go to Admin hub. Go to the left side menu and click on unit groups, click on the relevant unit group. 

You will be taken to the units module, but only with the units within the unit group.

  • Click on Add unit, up in the left corner. 
  • Fill out the popout window.
    • Put in the unit ID. 
    • Add the Address, City, Zip Code, Floor and Country.
    • Now fill out all the amenities such as; rent, deposit, water, heating, area, rooms, electricity, internet, etc. 
      • If you do not know or wish to fill out these fields, simply put in 0. 
    • Select a vacant from date, this is optional. 
    • Choose variant. 
    • Unit group should already be chosen. 
    • Pick a unit manager, this field is also optional. 
  • Now click Create

You have now created a new unit. 

OBS! If you have an integration, the creation of a new unit has to be done in your PMS system and it will be synched with Hococo! You can only create test units manually.
