How do I find my tickets on the Operations app?

Find the menu bar at the bottom of the screen: 

• Click on the Ticket icon (the little square speech bubble with an exclamation mark).
  • You can search for a specific ticket.
  • Click Sort by to organise tickets by newest, oldest, or different priorities. 
  • Choose between My tickets, All tickets and Completed tickets.
