How do I find my tickets on the Operations app?

Find the menu bar at the bottom of the screen: 

• Click on the Ticket icon (the little triangle with an exclamation mark)
  • You can search for a specific ticket 
  • Click Sort to organize tickets by newest, oldest, or different priorities. 
  • Choose between My tickets, All tickets and Completed tickets by selecting the option above the search box.
