How do I add a new shared facility?


Find the menu on the left. Click on Shared Facilities.

  • Click on Add new facility at the top right and fill out the information:
    • Go to the dropdown-menu. Select the Projects where the facility is available for booking
    • Select Type: Facility, Conference, Telephone box etc.
    • Name of facility
    • Write information about the booking
    • Mark whether the facility is Available for booking
      • Tip: Allow booking when settings are fully set up. When the facility is created and bookings have been made, it is not possible to edit booking settings on the facility. 
    • Add total Price in DKK.
    • Select Booking options from the drop-down menu:
      • Daily. Mark the days as Green when the facility is bookable. Mark as Red when it's not bookable.  
      • Hourly. Select availability time in the drop down menu. 
      • in Blocks. Select Block duration, min. bookable blocks, max. bookable blocks, max. bookings per block and price per block. 
    • Optional: Select Staff members as a watcher so they are notified when a booking is made. 
    • Before you Add images you have to click on Create. Then click attach photo on the right side (PNG or JPEG formats) and then click Upload
  • If you are not attaching a photo you just Click on Create. If you attached a photo then you click Upload.
