Use the template here by copying the text into a broadcast in Admin hub. Create the Broadcast right away or schedule it for later.

Do you have questions or need to get in contact with us? Then there is two different ways to contact us: 

Home Assistant

Do you have a questions or do you need to get in contact with us? Go to Home Assistant and type in your question in the search bar

Get help 24/7 all year around through the Home Assistant. Here you can find informations on:

➡️ Lease and contract  
➡️ Maintenance
➡️ Defects & Issue 

Didn't you find an answer to your question? Report an issue through Home Assistant. 

Go to Tickets in the Menu to find an overview of all your tickets. Here you can:

✅ follow the progression on the tickets
✅ chat with the assigned staff member

 

Contacts 

You can always message or call us under contacts. Here you can contact a specific person, if they have allowed for direct contact. Use this function if: 

➡️ You need help ASAP 
➡️ You have questions which are not under home assistant 

You find Contacts under the menu. 

  • Find the person you want to contact 
  • Press the paper plane to send a direct message to that person 
  • Or press the phone to call them 
Please note that it is not all staff you can contact directly.
