Find the menu on the left. Click on Residents.
Tip: All information that you edit here will not be synchronized with your PMS (Property Management System) such as UNIK and Bolig flow. If you use a PMS, you should therefore edit directly in the PMS and it will then synchronize with Hococo's database on the next upcoming data sync.
- The list of residents is now displayed. Click on the view you want: All users, Active users, Inactive users or Deleted users.
- Tip: You can create your own filters for which view you want displayed by default. See how under How do I create filters on my lists in the Admin hub?
- Find the relevant resident by clicking on the desired view (e.g. All users) and enter their name in the search field on the right
- Click on the relevant resident
- Under Profile you can:
- Send app invitation to the resident
- Reset password for the resident
- Under Personal information you can:
- Edit name, last name, nationality, birthday, email, phone number and gender.
- Under Profiling you can:
- Edit profession, education or interest tags.
- Under Application you can see the resident information from the waiting list:
- Personal information, Profiling, Preferences and Free text.
- Under Profile you can:
- Click on Save changes when you're done editing.
- Click on Go to unit at the top right to see the unit occupied by the resident.
