How do I edit staff information?
Find the menu on the left. Click on Administration and then on Staff.
- Find and click on the relevant staff that you wish to edit. From here you can edit:
- First name, Last name, E-mail, Phone, and Title
- User Role from the dropdown menu
- Project
- Group
- Language. Click on the plus icon to add language.
- The description of the employee's role that will be visible to residents.
- Mark if:
- Show in residents app contact page
- May be contacted:
- Message via resident app
- Phone via resident app
- when a shared facility is booked
- Click on Complete.
