How do I edit staff information?

Find the menu on the left. Click on Administration and then on Staff.

  • Find and click on the relevant staff that you wish to edit. From here you can edit:  
    • First name, Last name, E-mail, Phone, and Title
    • User Role from the dropdown menu
    • Project
    • Group
    • Language. Click on the plus icon to add language.
    •  The description of the employee's role that will be visible to residents.
    • Mark if:
      • Show in residents app contact page
      • May be contacted: 
        • Message via resident app
        • Phone via resident app
        • when a shared facility is booked
  • Click on Complete.
