      How do I make an internal move in Admin hub?

      When you have to move a resident to another unit you have to: 

      1. Move the resident out of the current unit: 

        • Click here to see the guide. 

      2. Add the resident to the new unit: 

        • Click here to see the guide.  
        • The new tenancy period will now be shown as upcoming.  

      Note: The resident can not be on two active tenancy periods! So if they move into the new unit the 1st, make sure to end the current tenancy period the 30/31st, so that the two tenancy periods do not overlap.
