      How do I manage the Home Assistant?


      You will find Home Assistant at the bottom center of the menu bar. Click on Assistant.
      Via Home assistant you can find answers to your Questions, Report Defects & Issues and give Feedback to your administrator.

      Questions

      • Write your question in the search bar under Do you have questions?.
      • Here you can find for the knowledge you lack once your landlord has completed the Q&A.
      • If you did not find what you were looking for, you can create a ticket or send your question or feedback directly through the hococo platform. See how under How to report an issue.

       

      Defects

      • Select the category that the issue is about.
      • If your administrator has not filled in the information on your specific case, you simply create a ticket or Report an Issue directly through the hococo platform. See how under How to report an issue.
