      How do I manage my notification settings?


      Find the menu bar in the upper right corner. Click on Your profile name and then on Profile.

      • Click on Notification.
      • Mark Yes or No on:

        • Receive email notification about tickets

        • Receive email notification about messages in tickets

        • Receive email notification about messages

      • Your settings are auto saved.
