How do I clear my cache or cookies?
Do you experience that updates are not shown in Admin hub? When you delete the history in your browser (clear your cache), you ensure that the page is completely up-to-date and does not draw information from previous pages that you have visited.
- Delete your history in your internet browser (Clear Cache)
- In Chrome browser:
- Open the browser. Click on the Lock icon to the left of the web address. Click on Cookies.
- Mark the hococo.io sites and click on Remove.
- Click on Done.
- In Safari browser:
- Open the browser. Click on Safari at the top of the menu bar. Click on Clear History.
- In the dropdown menu you choose: The last hour, today, today and yesterday or Always.

- Click Safari at the top of the menu bar.
- Click on settings.
- Now go to the tab called Privacy and then click manage website data
- Now chose the website to clear data from (Hococo.io/Admin hub) and click delete
- In Chrome browser:

- Short cut for Windows press Ctrl+Shift+Del at the same time.
- Now update your browser by clicking on the URL and press Enter.
