How do I allow residents to contact a staff member?

Find the menu in the left hand side and go to administration.

Click on Staff
Find the staff member which you want tenants to be able to contact
Click the three small dots and then edit member
You can now choose whether the staff:
- Show in residents' app contact page, May be contacted by message via resident app, May be contacted by phone via resident app or May be contacted when a shared facility is booked
Click Complete
