Du kan nemt tilføje kontrakter til specifikke enheder. Det vil gøre det nemmere for både dig og dine beboere at finde jeres kontrakt.  Sådan tilføjer du en kontrakt: Find menuen til venstre. Klik på **Kommunikation** og derefter på **Dokumenter.** Klik herefter på **'tilføj dokument'** oppe i venstre hjørne og udfyld informationen: - **Modtager** for kontrakten (et projekt, en enhedsgruppe eller en specifik enhed) - Vælg **Kategori** fra dropdown-menuen: Kontrakter. - **Sprog:** Vælg hvilket sprog det relevante dokument er: Klik **EN** for engelsk og **DA** for dansk. Når ikonet med EN/DA bliver grønt er det valgt. Du kan evt. Tilføje flere sprog ved at klikke **plus-ikonet**. - Tilføj en **Titel** - Tilføj en **Kontrakt beskrivelse** - Klik på **Upload kontrakt** og find det dokument (PDF-format), som du ønsker at uploade. - Sæt hak i feltet **Lav dokument internt**, hvis du ikke ønsker at beboere skal kunne se dokumentet. Klik på **Opret kontrakt.**    Du kan også tilføje en kontrakt direkte gennem en enhed: Find menuen til venstre. Klik på **Ejendomme** og derefter på **Enheder.** Find den enhed som du gerne vil tilføje en kontrakt til. Klik herefter på **'tilføj dokument'** oppe i venstre hjørne og udfyld informationen: - **Modtager** for kontrakten (et projekt, en enhedsgruppe eller en specifik enhed) - Vælg **Kategori** fra dropdown-menuen: Kontrakter. - **Sprog:** Vælg hvilket sprog det relevante dokument er: Klik **EN** for engelsk og **DA** for dansk.
