# Hvordan deaktiverer/aktiverer jeg knappen "Opret henvendelse" i Home Assistant i beboerappen?

Der er to måder at deaktivere/aktivere "Opret henvendelse" knappen i Home Assistant, som er i beboerappen. Dette kan gøres på projektniveau eller på virksomhedsniveau. 

**Projektniveau**

Gå til Admin Hub og find oversigten over jeres projekter.

- Klik **Rediger projekt **på det relevante projekt.
- Rul ned til feltet kaldet **Home Assistant indstillinger.**
- Tryk på den lille knap for at deaktivere/aktivere. 
- Klik på **Gem ændringer.** 

"Opret henvendelse" knappen vil nu være deaktiveret/aktiveret. 

 

**Virksomhedsniveau**

Gå til Admin Hub, find sidemenuen og tryk på **Administration** og derefter på **Indstillinger.**

- Klik på knappen under Home Assistant indstillinger for at deaktivere/aktivere.
- Klik nu på **Gem**.

Du har nu deaktiveret/aktiveret "Opret henvendelse" knappen i beboerappen. 

**OBS!** Dette er en specifik funktion til medarbejdere med **Corporation owner rolle** og kan derfor kun ændres af medarbejdere med denne rolle.
