[Log ind](https://help.hococo.io/da/resident-app?hsLang=da#log-ind) # En beboer kan ikke logge ind Når du først får besked om, at en beboer ikke kan logge ind, så kan det være en god ide at tjekke Admin Hub først:  - Bruger beboeren den rette email, som er registreret i Hococo?  - Er beboeren aktiv i systemet? - Bor beboeren på en nuværende lejeperiode? Hvis overstående passer og alt er godt, og beboeren fortsat ikke kan logge ind, så vil det være en god ide at spørge om følgende: Hvad sker der når du trykker på **ny bruger/glemt kodeord**? Får de e-mailen så de kan lave et nyt kodeord? Har beboeren opdateret appen til seneste version?  Har beboeren prøvet at af- og gen-installere appen? Nogle gange kan det være problemer med cachen, som blokerer beboerens adgang.
